Chelsea Women forward Aggie Beever-Jones has been voted the club’s Star of the Tournament following the team’s successful World Sevens campaign at Brentford’s Gtech Community Stadium.
The striker played a decisive role in Chelsea’s title-winning run, finishing as the tournament’s leading scorer. Her standout moment came in the final against Manchester United, where she scored a hat-trick as the Blues staged a remarkable comeback from 4-1 down to secure a thrilling 6-5 victory and lift the trophy.
Beever-Jones ended the competition with seven goals, including two crucial equalisers and the match-winning strike in the final. Her performances earned overwhelming support from Chelsea fans, with 78 percent of votes in the Star of the Tournament poll. Midfielder Erin Cuthbert finished second with eight percent, while Sandy Baltimore placed third with six percent.
The award caps an impressive tournament for Beever-Jones and highlights her key contribution to Chelsea’s latest piece of silverware.
