Several players from Chelsea F.C. Women are expected to spend June 2026 on international duty as national teams continue preparations for major tournaments and qualification campaigns around the world. Chelsea’s squad once again features heavily across Europe, North America and Australia, underlining the club’s strength under manager Sonia Bompastor.

Among the biggest names called up is Lauren James, who remains a central figure for the England women’s national football team. She is joined in the England squad by Lucy Bronze, Hannah Hampton and Keira Walsh. England’s June schedule is expected to include more FIFA Women’s World Cup qualifying fixtures and high-profile friendlies as preparations continue for upcoming international competitions.

Chelsea captain Sam Kerr is also expected to return to action with the Australia women’s national soccer team after another busy club season. Kerr remains one of the most influential players in women’s football and will likely lead the Matildas during their June international matches. Fellow Chelsea defender Ellie Carpenter could also feature after previously being rested during earlier international windows.

For the United States, Chelsea stars Naomi Girma and Alyssa Thompson remain important members of the United States women’s national soccer team setup under head coach Emma Hayes. The American side continues to test itself against elite opposition as Hayes builds toward future tournaments following her departure from Chelsea.

Midfielder Sjoeke Nüsken has continued her impressive rise with the Germany women’s national football team. Germany are still competing strongly in World Cup qualification and June could bring another round of decisive fixtures. Chelsea’s French representative Sandy Baltimore is also expected to play a major role for France women’s national football team after consistent performances during the domestic campaign.

Young Dutch talents Veerle Buurman and Wieke Kaptein continue to earn recognition with the Netherlands women’s national football team. Both players are regarded as part of the next generation of Dutch stars and are expected to remain involved during the June fixtures.

Elsewhere, Kadeisha Buchanan is back with the Canada women’s national soccer team after recovering from injury earlier in the season. Goalkeeper Becky Spencer is also expected to continue representing the Jamaica women’s national football team during CONCACAF qualification matches.

Chelsea’s international representation highlights the depth of talent within the squad heading into the summer. With players travelling across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific regions, June 2026 promises to be another busy month for the Blues stars before attention eventually returns to domestic and European club football.
