Legendary former Arsenal boss Arsène Wenger has reacted to the club’s long-awaited Premier League triumph after the Gunners secured their first league title in 22 years.
Arsenal were officially crowned champions after Manchester City failed to win against AFC Bournemouth on Wednesday night. Although Erling Haaland scored late in stoppage time, City could not find the goal they needed, leaving Arsenal with an unbeatable lead at the top of the table.
The result sparked celebrations across north London as Mikel Arteta guided Arsenal to their first top-flight crown since Wenger’s famous 2004 side.

Former Arsenal striker Alan Smith also praised the team, describing the title victory as fully deserved after several seasons of narrowly missing out. Speaking on Sky Sports, Smith highlighted Arsenal’s defensive strength and commended Arteta for building a well-balanced side capable of finally ending the club’s long wait for Premier League glory.
Arsenal will officially lift the trophy after their final game of the season against Crystal Palace F.C. on Sunday.
