Ronnie O’Sullivan produced a superb comeback to defeat Kyren Wilson 6-3 and secure his place in the Snooker 900 Global Championship final.
The seven-time world champion, fresh from winning the World Seniors Snooker Championship last week, opened strongly in Reading with a brilliant 121 break to move 2-0 ahead.
Wilson, the 2024 world champion, fought back impressively to draw level before edging in front at 4-3. However, O’Sullivan responded in style, taking the final three frames consecutively to seal victory.
In the final, O’Sullivan will meet Luca Brecel, who defeated Joe Perry 6-3 in the other semi-final.
Snooker 900 tournaments are played under a fast-paced format, with each frame limited to 15 minutes, a 20-second shot clock in operation, and a ball-in-hand rule applied after fouls.
