Yoon Kye-sang tackles rugby for SBS’s Try – We Become Miracles

SBS is gearing up to launch its new sports comedy, Try – We Become Miracles, bringing rugby season to screens with a promotional kick-off that includes initial script reading stills and the casting of Yoon Kye-sang (The Frog) in the lead role.

Plot Overview

The series centers on Joo Ga-ram (played by Yoon Kye-sang), a former rugby star whose career was cut short by a doping scandal. His mission: to miraculously transform their last-place rugby team into national champions.

Key Characters

At Hanyang, Ga-ram will also encounter Bae Yi-ji (played by Im Se-mi from My Dearest Nemesis), the coach for the school’s shooting athletes. Complicating matters, Yi-ji’s ex-boyfriend is none other than Ga-ram, promising an interesting dynamic between the two.

Kim Yo-han (School 2021) takes on the role of Yoon Sung-joon, a senior at Hanyang and the captain of the struggling rugby team. Despite his passion for the sport, Sung-joon is burdened by the team’s poor performance and the immense pressure of his leadership role.

The drama boasts a large supporting cast to populate the world of Hanyang Sports High School, including staff, students, and other characters.
