Saving Grace debuted with a surprise performance at the SpArC Theatre in Bishop’s Castle, Shropshire, in January 2019. The lineup featured vocalist Suzy Dian, mandolinist-guitarist Tony Kelsey, banjoist-guitarist Matt Worley, and percussionist Oli Jefferson. Their music, described as “laid-back and bluesy with eastern and folk influences,” captivated audiences with its dynamic range, “from a whisper to a scream.”

 

Since their formation, Saving Grace has maintained a unique presence, primarily communicating through individual band members’ social media profiles rather than centralized channels. They have performed extensively across Europe, with plans for a UK tour in November 2023. In August 2023, Plant hinted at expanding Saving Grace’s reach by trademarking the band’s name for music and merchandise, suggesting a strategic move towards formalizing their brand and broadening their audience.
