Caldwell, who has become known for her emphasis on team chemistry and player development, is thrilled with the progress her squad has made. “We’ve been working on our defense and transition play, and we’ve seen huge strides,” Caldwell explains. “I think our biggest improvement has been in our mental toughness. We’re learning to fight through adversity, and that’s going to be crucial as we face tougher competition in the coming weeks.”
Despite the team’s positive momentum, Caldwell knows that the road ahead will be challenging.
