Indiana Fever announced that they’ve signed Odyssey Sims to a hardship contract for the rest of the season after using up the maximum three 7-day contracts they could offer her.
Sims began the 2025 season with the Los Angeles Sparks but first joined Indiana on August 10, following injuries to Aari McDonald and Sydney Colson. Since then, she’s remained with the Fever and has emerged as a key contributor on offense. The team confirmed the latest deal on Instagram Sunday morning, posting a photo with the caption: “We have signed Odyssey Sims to a rest of season contract.”
The veteran guard, drafted in 2014, has tallied 43 points, 9 assists, and 9 rebounds over her last two games. Across her WNBA career, she has averaged 11.2 points, 3.8 assists, and 2.5 rebounds per contest.
