On Wednesday afternoon, news broke that West Virginia football legend Pat White is returning to Morgantown to join the coaching staff under his former head coach, Rich Rodriguez. White, who ranks second all-time in rushing yards by a quarterback at the FBS level, also led WVU to four consecutive bowl victories during his playing career.
His return has sparked excitement among Mountaineer fans, who are thrilled to see one of their greatest players back on the sidelines. White brings valuable coaching experience from successful programs, widespread respect within the football community, and the unwavering support of WVU’s passionate fanbase.
