
Drew Fabianich, formerly the General Manager and Director of Scouting at West Virginia, has been appointed the new Executive Director of the Senior Bowl.
Fabianich held his position at West Virginia from July 2023 until a coaching transition, during which he oversaw roster management and held leadership responsibilities in recruiting, player personnel, transfer portal operations, NIL advising, and player retention. He also created detailed scouting reports for each opponent to assist the coaching staff in game preparation.

Before his time in Morgantown, Fabianich served as the general manager and director of scouting and development at Auburn. He also spent 18 years with the Dallas Cowboys’ scouting department, including 14 years as a national scout.
He succeeds Jim Nagy, who has taken on the role of General Manager at Oklahoma.
