According to preliminary reports from the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF), Kasi Bennett, the longtime partner and wife of the Olympic legend, was en route to a scheduled meeting in Kingston when the vehicle she was traveling in lost control and collided with a guard rail before overturning.
