Despite being in a long-distance relationship, Paige Bueckers and Azzi Fudd are still showing each other plenty of love and support. Over the past two months, Bueckers has been making her mark in the WNBA as a rookie guard for the Dallas Wings, while Fudd is gearing up for her final college season with UConn. Though they’re apart more often now, they value the time they get to spend together.
On Thursday, July 17, Bueckers shared a series of photos on Instagram highlighting moments from the past few months. One standout image showed her and Fudd taking a cute mirror selfie—Fudd in a comfy pink hoodie and sweatpants, and Bueckers in a blue-and-red Huskies tracksuit. She captioned the post, “Growing through it all. Halfway through. Thank you God.”
The night before, Fudd turned heads at the ESPYs in a stunning lavender dress. Bueckers couldn’t attend due to her game against the Las Vegas Aces, where the Wings narrowly lost 86–90,but she still hyped Fudd up by sharing her look on Instagram Stories.
