Heart Expand Royal Flush Tour With New Dates · Iron Maiden Precursor Gypsy’s Kiss Announce New Album · Puscifer Announces Very Special Intimate Shows

Classic rock royalty, heavy metal pioneers, and genre-defying experimentalists are all making headlines this week with major announcements. From new tour dates to long-awaited albums, here’s a roundup of some of the biggest stories shaking up the rock world right now.

Heart Extend Royal Flush Tour With Additional Dates

Legendary rock band Heart has announced a fresh batch of tour dates for their much-celebrated Royal Flush Tour, following overwhelming demand from fans. The tour, which marks the band’s return to the road after a significant hiatus, will now continue into late 2025 with over a dozen new stops across North America and Europe.

The Wilson sisters — Ann and Nancy — have expressed their gratitude for the enthusiastic reception. “The energy has been incredible, and we’re thrilled to keep the party going,” Ann Wilson said in a statement. The setlist includes a powerful mix of fan favorites like “Barracuda” and “Magic Man,” alongside deep cuts and some surprise covers.

Newly added dates include stops in Nashville, Toronto, Amsterdam, and Berlin. Tickets for the new shows go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m. local time via the band’s official website.

Gypsy’s Kiss, Iron Maiden Precursor, Reveal New Album

In a surprise move that’s sure to excite metal historians and fans alike, Gypsy’s Kiss — the proto-Iron Maiden band that featured founding member Steve Harris — has announced a brand-new album titled 74, due out this fall.

The band, which played a key role in shaping the early sound of what would eventually become Iron Maiden, reunited in recent years and has been quietly recording new material. According to the band, 74 will blend their original 1970s sound with modern production, promising “a bridge between the birth of NWOBHM and its enduring legacy.”

Lead vocalist and co-founder David Smith commented, “This record is both a tribute to our roots and a testament to how far we’ve come. It’s raw, it’s real — and it’s long overdue.”

A lead single and official release date are expected later this month.

Puscifer Announce Exclusive, Intimate Shows

Art-rock provocateurs Puscifer have unveiled plans for a series of “very special intimate shows” this fall, marking one of the band’s most unique live experiences to date. The Maynard James Keenan-fronted group will perform in smaller venues across select U.S. cities, offering fans an up-close and personal take on their eclectic and theatrical performances.

Billed as the “Existential Reckoning: Unplugged & Undressed” tour, the shows will feature stripped-down arrangements, new visual concepts, and rare deep cuts from the band’s catalog. Keenan described the tour as “a reconnection, not just with our fans, but with the emotional and sonic core of the music.”

Dates and ticket info are expected to drop next week, with a limited number of VIP experiences also teased.
