Accept is Currently Promoting their Latest Album, “Humanoid,” with a European and Middle Eastern Tour
German heavy metal pioneers Accept have hit the road once again, this time in support of their blistering new album Humanoid, released earlier this year to strong acclaim from fans and critics alike.
The legendary band, known for their influential role in shaping the genre since the late ’70s, is currently thrilling audiences across Europe and the Middle East with a high-powered live show that blends old-school classics with fresh anthems from their latest studio effort.
Humanoid, Accept’s 17th studio album, dropped in April 2025 under Napalm Records and marks another chapter in the band’s storied career. Produced by the acclaimed Andy Sneap — a longtime collaborator who has worked with heavyweights like Judas Priest and Megadeth — the album combines signature heavy riffs, thunderous drumming, and razor-sharp vocals, all while exploring futuristic and philosophical themes. The title track “Humanoid” has already become a fan favorite, with its aggressive sound and lyrical commentary on technology and human identity.
The tour kicked off in early June in Paris, France, and has since made stops in major cities including Berlin, Prague, and Milan. Accept’s European leg is seeing packed venues and enthusiastic crowds, many of whom are witnessing the band’s newer material live for the first time. According to fans, songs like “Frankenstein”, “Straight Up Jack”, and “Southside of Hell” are standing shoulder to shoulder with Accept classics such as “Balls to the Wall”, “Metal Heart”, and “Fast as a Shark”.
In a statement ahead of the tour, guitarist and founding member Wolf Hoffmann expressed excitement about reconnecting with fans. “There’s nothing like the energy of a live show. Humanoid is one of our strongest albums in years, and we can’t wait to bring it to the stage,” Hoffmann said. “It’s going to be loud, it’s going to be wild, and it’s going to be pure Accept.”
What’s especially notable this time around is Accept’s inclusion of Middle Eastern dates — a relatively rare move for Western heavy metal acts. Stops in Tel Aviv, Istanbul, and Dubai are scheduled for early July, marking the band’s first performances in the region in over a decade. The group hopes to reach both longtime fans and introduce their sound to new audiences hungry for live metal music.
As of now, the tour is set to conclude in Athens, Greece in late July, but there are rumors that additional dates may be added due to the strong reception and ticket demand.
With over four decades of music behind them, Accept shows no signs of slowing down. Humanoid proves that the band still has plenty of fire left, and this tour is a testament to their enduring passion for metal — loud, fast, and unrelenting.
