Upcoming USA Tour: Accept Guitarist Wolf Hoffmann Talks Full Metal Assault Tour, Including Southern California Dates – October 4 in Riverside and October 5 in El Cajon

German heavy metal legends Accept are revving up for another round of sonic mayhem across the United States with their much-anticipated Full Metal Assault Tour. Guitarist and founding member Wolf Hoffmann recently spoke about the band’s upcoming plans, revealing key details about their U.S. dates — including two exciting stops in Southern California scheduled for October 2025.

With a legacy stretching back over four decades, Accept has become one of the most enduring forces in metal. The band helped define the genre in the 1980s with landmark albums like Restless and Wild, Balls to the Wall, and Metal Heart, and they’ve only gained momentum in recent years. The Full Metal Assault Tour marks another chapter in their ongoing resurgence, and Hoffmann is clearly excited about what lies ahead.

“This tour is going to be pure energy,” Hoffmann said during a recent interview. “We’re calling it Full Metal Assault for a reason. It’s going to be loud, fast, and intense — just the way our fans like it.”

The tour will span numerous U.S. cities, but the Southern California stops are already generating buzz. Fans in Riverside and El Cajon can expect the full Accept experience — pounding rhythms, searing guitar work, and the powerful vocals that have defined the band’s sound.

“We always get such a great reaction from fans in California,” Hoffmann added. “There’s something special about the crowds there. They know their metal, and they show up ready to rock. We’re really looking forward to those two nights.”

The band’s current lineup — featuring Hoffmann, vocalist Mark Tornillo, guitarist Uwe Lulis, drummer Christopher Williams, and bassist Martin Motnik — is tighter than ever. Their most recent studio efforts have been met with critical praise, and the live performances have maintained the raw intensity that put them on the map decades ago.

While Hoffmann didn’t reveal the full setlist, he confirmed that fans will hear a mix of classic hits and new tracks. “Of course, we’ll play the songs everyone wants to hear — Fast as a Shark, Balls to the Wall, Princess of the Dawn. But we’re also adding in some surprises from the newer records. It’ll be a mix of the old and the new — something for every Accept fan.”

Tickets for the Riverside and El Cajon shows are expected to go on sale soon, with VIP and meet-and-greet packages likely to be offered. As always, the band promises a no-compromise metal experience that delivers on every level.

“We’re not here to slow down,” Hoffmann said. “We’re here to crank it up. The Full Metal Assault Tour is going to be one hell of a ride.”

Get ready, Southern California — Accept is coming, and the metal storm hits in October 2025.
